Living at Hearthstone is like having a country club right in your residence. Picture lunch or dinner in an elegant setting with table linens, a gourmet menu, trained wait-staff and a sweeping terrace. Imagine the convenience of simply signing for all your charges, and then paying one, all-inclusive, easy to read invoice at the end of the month. We think you'll agree, The Club Dining Room can rival anything you'd find at the best country club or five-star resort.
Grand stone fireplaces grace a number of areas within the Club. Curl
up with a good book in the library or enjoy a drink with friends in the
lounge. You'll always be able to find a fourth for bridge or a partner
to shoot pool. You can join fellow gardeners potting and planting. Why
not try a stretch class in the fully equipped fitness area, or join one
of the walking classes? Then there are choir practices, movie nights
and chapel services. You can slip away for a couple of hours to
the on-site cinema, where the big screen TV and home theatre system are
ideal for viewing the latest Hollywood blockbuster. Work out in
a well equipped exercise room, cool down in the indoor pool, or entertain
friends in an elegant private dining room available for intimate get
togethers.
Life at Hearthstone is all about convenience. If you drive, the underground
parking will keep you warm and dry despite the weather. If you don't,
you need never worry about how you're going to get around. Our private
shuttle gives you the independence to go shopping or visit your doctor. Plus
there’s the added convenience of being able to see a physician
right on-site in our Health and Wellness Centre.
Club Membership Services
Each Hearthstone community offers a unique complement of basic Club
services for a monthly fee, and the option to expand and customize those
services, as you require them, for as long as necessary. This flexibility
creates peace of mind. You can be assured that you will always
have the support to meet your current and future needs right here at
Hearthstone.
Services included in Club membership include:
- 24-hour emergency response
- Medication and dietary counseling
- Full-time fitness, activities and recreation co-ordinator
- Themed parties and music concerts are held at the Club while regular outings are arranged to downtown and other local venues for concerts, theatre, museums and galleries, etc.
- A wide selection of programs and activities are available including, but not limited to: arts and crafts workshops, fitness classes, book groups, writing workshops, computer instruction, garden clubs and more
- Health Clinics to monitor weight, glucose, and blood pressure
- Coordination of community healthcare services
- Education and consultation on a variety of health issues
- Guest speakers deliver informative and entertaining lectures
