Your health and well-being are of the utmost concern at Hearthstone.  Our healthcare staff are on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week to respond to any emergencies. For those who require a little more assistance and support, personal support services are available to assist in companionship, grocery assistance, homemaking, personal care, bathing, emotional support, respite and convalescent care or palliative care.  Contact the Club Manager and/or Wellness Coordinator for details and pricing.

Personal Value Care Plan
	Daily light homemaking, personal care and companionship (up to 60 minutes daily am &/or pm)
	Daily meal ordering/delivery from dining room to suite
	Weekly personal laundry (change bed linens, wash & fold linens & personal items: max 2 loads/hour)
Personal Assisted Living Plan
	Medication administration and health monitoring by nurse (up to 4 times daily)
	Daily light homemaking, personal care and companionship (up to 90 minutes daily am and/or pm)

	Daily meal ordering/delivery from dining room to suite
