Club Fee – Basic Service Package

Club membership indeed has its privileges here at Hearthstone by the Lake. Each Hearthstone community offers a unique complement of basic club services for a monthly fee, thoughtfully designed with you in mind and always professionally delivered.

1. Professional Management Services include:

a.  A designated full-time, on-site manager to oversee all       areas of service and liaise directly with the condominium       association;
b.   Appropriate, qualified services personnel on the
      premises daily;

2. Monitoring of fire, security and emergency call systems with on-site personnel with emergency training able to respond to security and health emergency calls twenty-four (24) hours daily;

3. Use and enjoyment of the Hearthstone Club facilities;

4. Access to a selection of regularly scheduled cultural, education, recreational & social programs;

5. Daily reception and concierge services with staff on hand to receive and direct guests;

6. Daily lunch and dinner services available in the Hearthstone Club dining room. The basic service package includes a monthly meal credit for food and beverage charges;

7. Health and Wellness Centre Services include:

a.   The co-ordination of community health services and       resources;
b.   Nutritional and medication counselling;
c.   Education and consultation for a variety of health matters;
d.  Co-ordination and scheduling of in-suite personal assistance      and care services;

8. In-suite services of one (1) hour per month to be used for any
   combination of cleaning, dusting, vacuuming or laundry;

9. Regularly scheduled transportation to local shopping areas;

10. Home handyman services available daily for in-suite emergency repairs;

11. Use of the Pig & Whistle is available by residents and guests for special gatherings.
