Club Fee – Level 3 - Complete Convenience and Wellness Package Service

At the Hearthstone Club, we offer a unique complement of basic club
services for a monthly fee, thoughtfully designed with you in mind and always professionally delivered.

1. Professional Management Services include:

a.   A designated full-time, on-site manager to oversee all       areas of service and equipment within the Hearthstone       Club and liaise directly with the residents and the       Corporation's property manager;
b.   Appropriate, qualified service personnel on the
      premises daily;

2. Monitoring of fire, security and emergency call systems with on-site personnel with emergency training able to respond to security and health emergency calls twenty-four (24) hours daily;

3. Use and enjoyment of the Hearthstone Club facilities and amenities;

4. Hearthstone Club services including:

a.   The coordination of community seniors support services       and resources;
b.   Nutritional, dietary and medication counselling;
c.   Education and consultation for a variety of health matters;
d.   Periodic health clinics to monitor weight, glucose and
      blood pressure;
e.   Coordination of doctor's services: Hearthstone Club staff       will, on request, coordinate arrangements for on-site       doctor's services, if any;
f.    Ordering of all medications through our selected       pharmacy;
g.   Quarterly medication reviews to ensure that all doctor's       orders for medications are being properly documented;

5. Regularly scheduled cultural, recreational, fitness and social programs organized by the Hearthstone Club activities director and/or staff for residents, taking into consideration residents' preferences.
   (Certain programs may be subject to a user or registration fee);

6. Shuttle service available for periodic organized group outings;

7. In-suite services of four (4) hours per month to be used for any
   combination of cleaning, dusting or vacuuming;

8. Daily lunch and dinner services available in the Hearthstone Club dining room. Level 3 services includes a meal credit per month, plus applicable taxes of food and beverage charges on a per unit basis;

9. Access to the Hearthstone Club for available a la carte services on a
   pay per use basis.

A second occupant fee per month, plus applicable taxes, is payable
for each additional person that occupies a unit.
