While some programs and services are important to all owners, individual owners will have preferences regarding the services they might utilize. Every owner of a suite at Hearthstone by the Lake is automatically a member of the Hearthstone Club.
Hearthstone Basic Services Package
- Designated full time on-site management.
- 24 hour on-site emergency personnel. (Reception and concierge services to welcome your guests)
- Use and enjoyment of The Hearthstone Club.
- A monthly dining room credit for lunch, dinner or catering service from the Clubhouse dining room.
- Co-ordination of health services, nutrition and medication counselling.
- One hour per month of in-suite services.
- Home handyman services for in-suite emergencies.
- Regularly scheduled cultural, recreational, education and social programs.
- Regularly scheduled transportation to local shopping areas.
